I got this bracelet for my girlfriend for Christmas to match the beautiful ring I got last year from Angara. I specified heirloom quality but when the bracelet arrived the stones were a disappointment for that designation. Without hesitation, Barbara Stein (customer support) offered to do whatever was necessary to make sure we were completely satisfied. Using a very straightforward RMA process, we returned the bracelet. She oversaw the creation of the replacement bracelet and we received it yesterday. We are extremely pleased with the replacement and the stone quality now matches the ring from last year (see pictures). A truly beautiful bracelet! As with any transaction/company, there is always the possibility of things not going quite right. How a company responds to such a situation makes all the difference in the world. Due to the exceptional manner in which this situation was handled, we will continue to be loyal Angara customers knowing that they stand behind their customers 100%.

The website is great very easy to find what you are looking for. I returned it because it was lighter/ smaller than I like. But also the stones did not match the quality of my wife's ring. Unfortunately my wife's ring is from Tiffanys and there Tanzanite is super nice. Now there stones are nicer then most mall stores and jewelry marts. I did like the customer service very helpful and easy to talk to. The return went easy. I had now worries about ordering from them and would not hesitate again. The bracelet was not to expensive and nice for the price. mostly just was not at the level I like to give my wife. Remember you get what you pay for and I know that the really nice stuff starts at several thousand. And that's what I will be ordering from them for her birthday.
