I was extremely happy with the earrings. 
They were exactly as depicted on the website.
The box was elegant. It contained a light inside the box, which was a wonderful added touch. 
The earrings were perfectly set.
The earrings arrived well within the quoted shipping ETA. 
I had a few follow up questions after I made the purchase. I called their contact centre. The representative that answered the call was professional and friendly. There were a couple of things that required follow-up. They contacted me back when they said they would. I wasn't left feeling ignored. I was made to feel like a valued customer. 

Overall, I am exceptionally happy with my purchase. I will choose Angara more often with future jewellery purchases.

I love these earrings! They are everything I hoped they would be. The sapphires are the exact color of the necklace I bought them to wear with and they are absolutely beautiful on my ear. I basically got to design the earrings I wanted: the color of the stone, the color of the gold, etc. Then they were handcrafted to my specification. I don't like the screw back part, but I think that was an option I chose and I regret it. It takes quite a bit of time to put them on and take them off--next time I will choose post and friction backs. The box they came in is very impressive. When I open it, a light within highlights the earrings. Very, very elegant. Ordering was easy, delivery took longer than I would have liked, but I think they were custom made and came from Thailand. AND the certificate of authenticity is really nice to have! I also really appreciated the 3-pay payment option. I will definitely purchase again from Angara!
