These earrings were just what - byWendy M.These earrings were just what I was looking. They sparkled in the lighted box they came in. Found myself rather disappointed tho when I removed them from the box. One of the diamonds appeared to be sitting on a slant in the setting and the claws uneven in size. The posts weren’t centred to the setting and were a little long. After calling Angara to discuss returning the earrings it was suggested I send them to be repaired. I did so a little apprehensively as I really wasn’t really liking the idea of having to repair new, unworn earrings, but, they were what I was looking for and I was still able to return for a refund if not satisfied when I get them back. After receiving the earrings back the posts had been shortened slightly but the diamond was still on an angle…. it didn’t look like anything had been done to fix the setting issues. I returned the earrings for a refund. Disappointed. Staff I spoke to regarding the issues and returns were very kind, patient and understanding and tried to be as accommodating as possible.
