Defective Product Very Good Customer Service - byTyler P.I ordered an engagement ring and was very disappointed with what I received. The cut of the sapphire was not clean or symmetrical and the craftsmanship of the ring itself was incredibly poor. The ring was visibly crooked and haphazardly assembled with the metal (forks?) jagged and displaced. For its price point it was a very disheartening purchase. Luckily Angara has a quick and robust customer service line where I quickly contacted someone to help me with my issue, the return process was incredibly smooth with a quick refund (credit where credit is due). For those reasons I will say you can purchase from this website in good faith knowing they will right any wrongs if any issues arise, but given how important and expensive these purchases are, it left a bad taste in my mouth.
