The gem itself is brilliant; great depth of color in the AAA 2.75 carat stone. The white gold chain is delicate, which is appropriate to the gem. My only quibble. For the cost of the necklace, the clasp itself is very tiny and difficult to manipulate. I love the necklace so much I am dealing with the frustration, but it would be absolutely perfect with a larger clasp.
