Having ordered a style of earrings like I liked I was a little disappointed with the size of the stones. My fault for trying to order on line. The customer services team quickly resolved this by giving me options, either a refund or exchange and administered the exchange smoothly and efficiently. 
Moreover the free gift wasn’t to my liking so I cheekily asked for something different. They obliged and the new gift and the new earrings are breathtaking. 
You really can’t see the dazzle online as much as you do in real life. 
If you order and change your mind the refund would be seamless. However, my bet is on keeping a new piece of jewellery to show off and shine.
