My husband got me this bracelet for my birthday and I loved it! But I only wore it a couple times before the clasp broke. Initially, the service was great; they sent me a label to send the bracelet back to them for repair, they fixed it, and got it back to me quickly. Then, it happened again a month later and made me pay for shipping it back to them -- kind of annoying, as it shouldn't have broke twice within a couple months of owning it. The second time they fixed it, I also asked them to remove 7 of the diamond links to make it a bit smaller. I received the bracelet back about a week later, but did not receive the extra diamonds I assumed were going to be in the package. When I reached out to them about it, they said they were included. . . However, they were not - I double checked the outer box and bracelet box several times. In hindsight, I wish I would've went to a local jeweler for an item like this.

I purchased the Lab Grown Classic Round Tennis Bracelet in 5 carat. It just gorgeous! It’s so sparkly and the diamonds are very white. The cut seems to be excellent quality. A few notes for anyone ordering from out of the US. I ordered from Canada and the whole process was very smooth. I had to call customer service a couple of times and they were knowledgeable and helpful. My only very minor concern is that the amount of gold used to make the bracelet seems a bit lightweight for the price. I would have expected it to be a bit heavier. But, I’m still pleased with it.
