Absolutely love the quality of customer service, the website design that allows me to so easily customize my choice based on preference and price, the free shipping, and the free returns and one free resize if needed seals the deal. The ring presentation (packaging) was wonderful, the ring is gorgeous. The emerald is an AA and just glows with color, especially in natural light. The diamonds on the sides are tiny, but they sparkle! The rose gold really makes the emerald pop. I will be a client for life. I can't see getting my jewelry anywhere else based on quality, customer service, ability to customize, large selection, free sizing and free returns. There is literally nothing else I could ask for in a jewelry company. One suggestion: Push clients for more pictures with their reviews, and the reviews should mention which quality of stone and what color of metal.
