I am very pleased with this purchase. I got the Ruby version (Size 6, Quality-Heirloom, .91 carat, and 14K White Gold). Color of the Ruby is true to how it looks online. Had it visually evaluated by 2 different appraisers when I got it and they both confirmed the type of metal, quality of the diamonds, and that the Ruby is a natural Ruby. (I will also have a full appraisal done. If it's anything other than what this company says I will update my review). The bottom of the band is on the thin side, but overall very happy that this setting has a more delicate look to it. Very unique ring and perfect as a new mom right hand ring as my sons birthstone is the Ruby. On the customer service side, I realized after I bought the ring that I had ordered a half size too small as my hands changed after I had my son. I used the Live Chat feature to see if I could get this corrected while still in the processing phase and it was taken care of immediately and came in the correct size (note that the invoice will still list the original size). Very happy. I would use this site again for a jewelry purchase.
