This is my first time buying gemstone piece on their website, so I was kind of hesitant. When I called very late at night, after 11 pm, I was still helped by a friendly saleslady Joyce David. She even offered to send me her direct email so I can contact her if I have more questions. Then I received my aquamarine ring and the bonus garnet pendent. Both are pretty. Ring is too big, I didn’t order the right size. I also wish to have a deeper blue stone, so I contact Joyce again. I was helped by other sales, they were all nice. It was easy to get a FedEx return label to have my ring resized and exchange for a difference aquamarine stone. I even received phone calls from their supervisor Barbara assuring me she would take care my order. I just have to wait little longer, but she would extend my return period just in case I change my mind. Anyway, I think their service is terrific! I trust them with my purchase!
