Opal Angel Wing Bypass Pendant

We are long-time Angara customers. Great products. But, the test of a great company is when things go wrong. Most companies talk a good game but fail miserably in serving the customer because it's just not their focus. Sales are. Not Angara. We ordered a Mother's Day gift in time for it to be delivered Friday before M-Day. We came home from work to find a UPS tag instead of the package. Angara hadn't told us a signature is required for delivery! Grrrrrr. I called the 800- number and got an agent who walked me through why signatures are required (I understand their rationale now but didn't know ahead of time so didn't arrange to be home from work). He arranged with UPS to reroute the item to my mother's Florida home which we were leaving to travel to for the celebration with Mom. The package arrived a few days late but it did arrive as they promised. Mom was thrilled! Thank you!!!!!!!!!

The opal pendant is gorgeous. It is just as pretty as the picture I saw on the website.

It was as described. Very classy and great quality.I chose the .75ct heirloom opal as a gift to my daughter and it brought delighted tears to her eyes. Very good play on color. The only negative is the light in the presentation box did not work.

I got this for my lady and she absolutely loves it! She makes an effort to wear it every day to show off what she means to me. Everything came packaged in a neat way and was exactly as ordered!

This necklace exceeded my expectations. My girl friend wears it everyday and there have not been any issues.
