The ring never arrived and when I tracked it through UPS it said it was delivered on a day and time when noone was at my house and signed by someone with initials that doesn't match anyone I know. I had to file an investigation with UPS and am having to do all of the work to track this very expensive ring on my own and Angara had put it all on me to investigate. I paid a great deal of money for this piece of jewelry and am out that money and have no ring. UPS is difficult to work with when investigating a lost item. I'm so upset as I was so excited to get this ring. Since Angara insured the delivery they should be handling this investigation, not me. I feel like I've been ripped off.
