Bought this ring for my wife to replace an older, cracked opal ring she received from who knows where. Opals are my wife's birthstone and she loves them. I was never a fan because they just didn't have that "wow" factor other gemstones do. I bought the Heirloom stone, 0.81 carat option. I was blown away at the quality of the stone as there was so much color play in it. I've never seen an opal of this quality in other major jewelry stores or online. I'll be buying all of my wife's future opal jewelry from Angara from now on. My only regret is that I didn't get her the 1.19 carat option.

My wife absolutely loves it. I bought this for her to replace a cracked opal ring that a relative bought her years ago from who knows where. My wife loves opals; however, I'm not a fan. I've always low-key hinted at other gemstones whenever looking at jewelry with her! It must have been for the fact that all I've ever see was lower quality, lab-created opals because this ring changed my mind. To me, there was just no WOW factor with them. But since she loves them, I bought her an heirloom quality, 0.81 carat stones option (0.5 carat opal) and it looks amazing! The color play in the opal is unlike any other opal I've seen in stores or otherwise. In hindsight, I should have sprang for the 1.19 carat option instead. My wife isn't into being too flashy, but I wish I would have gone the next step up because the stone is just that pretty. I now know where I'm coming to get more of her future opals!

My fiance and I absolutely love this ring! Perfect mix of traditional look of diamonds with a non-traditional gemstone. Love how the opal gemstone shows so many different colors depending on the lighting!
