For years we purchased emeralds from catalogs and mailings, They looked beautiful until the milky, slightly green 'gem' arrived. I tried the heirloom quality from Angara and was extremely pleased to finally receive a true gem. The customer service representative also was a true gem, though it should be necessary to talk to the same person 15 times. All in all, 5 stars.
