Mistake 1 was paying for expedited shipping which meant FedEx would get involved second mistake was I put in wrong address and that should have been an easy one day fix but that was over a month ago and I still don’t have the ring. I have had three separate interactions with Angara customer service and they have essentially refused to give me the FedEx tracking number so I can contact FedEx and arrange to pick up the package and they(Angara) has been no help in getting the address corrected so that it can finally be delivered. So this review isn’t an indictment on the ring because I have never seen it but customers beware if you ever need customer support it’s probably not going to go too well.
