It was my 40th Anniversary gift and absolutely love it

The necklace is beautiful and a perfect match to the oval ruby claw studs that I purchased a few days earlier. Unfortunately, it arrived with a large knot below the clasp - even though that part of the necklace was secured in a small plastic bag. When I spoke with Barbara, your Sales Manager, she offered to send me a return slip, but since I wanted to wear it immediately, she suggested that I try to loosen the knot using 2 safety pins. That worked perfectly, so kudos not only on your beautiful jewelry, but also on your customer service :thumbs up:
