Bezel-Set Round Blue Sapphire Solitaire Pendant

I had been searching for a couple of years for a sapphire pendant necklace to give my daughter for her 21st birthday, as she is a September baby and this is her birthstone. I kept striking out until I found this necklace just in time. The stone is high quality, the chain is pretty, and I think this is a classic style that she can wear throughout her life. I appreciated being able to choose among the different qualities of stones and that the website accurately depicted the colors. This stone is definitely blue; from other vendors, I found the stones to be nearly black and lifeless.

Bought the .6 heirloom sapphire. The gem is really gorgeous! Took a star off due to the setting - rough edges by the gem. Even the garnet free gifts are very beautiful. Didn’t realize garnet could look so lovely.

It’s pretty and I really like it, but it was smaller than I thought it would be and the blue color wasn’t as dark as I thought it would be for the price I paid. It appeared to be larger and darker in the picture.
