Vintage Inspired Freshwater Pearl Ring

So I was very hesitant to make a large purchase for an engagement ring online. Not handling and actually seeing the ring before Purchase was a little worrying as well, however the entire experience was exceptional. I called the customer service and spoke with Ankit several times before I was comfortable enough to make this purchase. I have to say that Ankit was very patient and very helpful. At no time did he even apply a little pressure on me to make any purchase. He definitely put my apprehensions at ease. Anyways the ring arrived in a very timely Manner and was more beautiful then the pictures online. I of Course bought the wrong size and was assured one free resize with purchase so I called Ankit again and he walked me through that process as well which was very easy. We shipped the ring back for resize and had it back within a week fitting perfectly and with no issues. I have to say that overall this was a seamless process and everything we purchased is absolutely beautiful and we are extremely happy with the whole process.
