The only problem was that all of the pearls were tightly tied except one, which was loose enough to float 1/8 inch up or down the strand. This immediately drew one’s eye, and ruined the look of the necklace. When I contacted Angara about the defect, they were quick to respond with. Pre-paid UPS label to send the item off for repair. So, I appreciate their responsiveness to my concern- and I hope to have the necklace repaired and returned to me in a reasonable time frame.
