Sent the original ring back for exchange - byYuna G.I bought the largest (citrine, 2.25 carats) at the heirloom quality. When I received it, I was very disappointed as the color of the stone was so light, that it looked closer to their worst quality ("good"). This is particularly disappointing when you are paying $500 more to be guaranteed a certain quality. I sent the ring back and they promptly addressed the issue. I have high praise for their exchange process. However, I feel that they should have had better intitial quality check to ensure such things didn't happen. Otherwise the ring is very well made. The hidden halo and the thin shank is very delicate and accentuates the center stone quite nicely.
