Ring was about what I expected. -1 Star for not being upfront with the country of origin (Thailand) until after the order was placed. This caused delay and forced me to deal with US customs. -1 Star for misspelling my name on the inscription, such that I had to return it for correction (which was then applied crooked and not in the style I requested). -1 Star for the capsule-toy quality of the free gift. I know it was free, but it was an inducement to make the purchase. It was just one extra insult given the overall price of the order.

Arrived on time and slightly earlier than advised, packaged well and in separate presentation boxes ( ring and free gift) plus gift bag, small cleaning cloth and certificate of authenticity of diamond from Angara, not a independent body like GIA, my partner is very pleased with it and the free gift, I am happy with my purchase but a certificate from a recognised body would have been more reassuring

First of all, thank you Angara! I requested to exchange couple of times due to the color of blue diamond but finally this it is. This blue diamond is so gorgeous. It is blue and not greenish and so sparkling. I can not stop looking at my ring. The color of my blue diamond is just like Caribbean ocean and so gorgeous. I love my ring so much. I will definitely order another jewelry piece from Angara in the future.
