I selected the heirloom quality rubies (my wife's favorite gemstone) and they were not exaggerating when they say "heirloom quality" - when I saw them in person (and then in sunlight) when the ring arrived, they are some of the most beautiful blood-red rubies I've ever seen in person. Simply stunning. The sparkle of diamonds next to the fire of the rubies is a feast for the eyes! My wife openly wept upon seeing the ring when I presented it to her (nice touch adding the tiny LED light in the top of the ring box - when you open the box it really adds to the sparkle of the gems). I had Proposed to her on her Birthday which was July 26th, on one knee, in her kitchen, and for once, she was speechless! After recovering her composure, she said “YES” ! We had looked over all of the many wedding bands that I was considering, but after looking at and Studying the design of Angara’s Beautiful Five Stone Eternity Wedding Band our minds were made up! Well there is no comparison. The department store rubies are solid rocks compared to what Angara's ring. The rubies are absolutely gorgeous with amazing shine and deep red hues. Wife absolutely loves the rings.
