Round Morganite Cocktail Ring w/Diamond Accents - byElaine L.I originally wrote saying that I was unsatisfied with the quality of the stone and annoyed that Angara had yet to answer my complaint. I'm now writing to apologize to Angara for my lack of patience in not giving them a reasonable time to respond. If I count business days excluding a 2-day weekend, their response was actually very fast. As for the quality of the stone -- that too was quickly resolved. My special thanks to a wonderful sales rep named Barbara. The stone in this particular cocktail ring is quite large. Barbara thought perhaps there had been a limited selection of stones to fit that setting available at the time. She said she would contact one of their master jewelers and have him/her check on the availability of stones that size in their other vaults. She promised to work toward finding me a stone that would be special -- and she did. The color and depth in the final stone are both wonderful; the pictures I've included do not do it justice. As for the setting -- it's positively stunning. Thank you Barbara -- you were terrific. Right now, I'm going to look into purchasing a pendant to match from Angara's wonderful selection. PS -- I am a returning customer to Angara -- and have been pleased with them in the past as well.
