She was impressed just with the beautiful boxes the ring was presented in, but when she opened the ring box with the little light shining on the ring she was really blown away. The stones absolutely sparkled. The only disappointment was that the size was too small and had to be returned for re-sizing. I called customer service for return instructions for re-sizing and the representative was very courteous and helpful. He e-mailed me a FedX shipping label with the ring fully insured. He even sent me a ring sizer to get her correct size before returning. This was my first experience with Angara and I recommend it highly.

50th Anniversary Gift for Wife - byCarrollI recently purchased a Three Stone Oval Emerald and Half Moon Diamond Ring for my wife for our 50th anniversary. I received it within two weeks of ordering, presented it to her on our anniversary day and she was thrilled. It was beautifully packaged and did not even need to be gift wrapped. The beautiful jewelry box made a stunning presentation. When opening the ring box an LED light was focused on the ring and it was breathtaking. Unfortunately it was the wrong size and we had to return it for re-sizing however, even this was very easy. A customer service representative talked me through the entire process, e-mailed me a shipping label and I packed it up and sent it by FedX, postage paid. This was my first experience with Angara and I recommend them highly.
