It arrived within a day or two of when it was expected, which is great these days. The presentation was stellar and way above and beyond expectations. Both the necklace I purchased and the free gifts were smaller than I expected. Although the necklace had clear dimensions and even a pencil eraser for scale, the image on a woman’s neck definitely made it appear like it would be a bit larger. I will still wear it, but it is small enough that no one notices it at all. What I thought would be an everyday wear statement piece is a pretty but unnoticed trinket. I appreciate what it is, but I will only buy my jewelry in person going forward.
