The color of the pearls is just what I was expecting and the rope setting shows off the color perfectly. The screw back posts were too painful for me to wear so, I requested to have them changed for smooth posts and push on clips. The response I received to my request was excellent and efficient. I received my earrings back very quickly and everything was perfect. The customer service department is truly excellent. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
