This was a one year anniversary (dating) and we share a garnet birthstone. I was a little nervous to buy jewelry online, but decided to take a chance after reading some reviews and seeing how the company responded to negative feedback. 

The online ordering process was simple and intuitive. The size guide was accurate. The pictures were also accurate and the ring looks exactly as it did online. The quality seems to be good, but time will tell. The packaging was very nice... I typically don&#x27;t want to feel like I&#x27;m paying extra for a nice package, but for jewelry I feel there&#x27;s a lot to be said for a good presentation. We also had a glitch with the 3 payment option I chose, but Shane in Customer Service handled it well. Card was expiring before the 3rd payment was scheduled, but he worked things out so that I didn&#x27;t have to make any adjustments on my end.

I&#x27;m going to reserve one star until we see how the ring holds up. She&#x27;s very careful with her jewelry, but we&#x27;re very active. Fingers crossed that this piece is as good as it appears to be initially.
