Lifetime Warranty
At Angara, we take great pride in offering exceptional products and services, always aiming for the highest level of customer satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and warrant that all products will be free from manufacturing defects.
Every Angara jewellery piece is handcrafted using carefully selected, superior-quality materials and undergoes thorough inspection before shipment. But our commitment does not end there. We also help maintain your Angara jewellery piece for a lifetime.
Under our Lifetime Warranty, we offer the following complimentary services :
- Cleaning
- Re-polishing
- Gemstone and/or diamond tightening
- Re-rhodium plating
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover repair and maintenance for :
- Bends, chips, damages, deformation, dents, scratches, etc. caused by accidents, misuse or negligent use of the product.
- Wear and tear and lost or missing stones and parts of the jewellery due to inappropriate, improper or abnormal use of the product.
The Lifetime Warranty will be void if any repair, resizing, engraving, etc. is carried out by any jeweller other than Angara.
Slight imperfections or variations in the jewellery, which arise due to handcrafting as well as innate properties of the metals or gemstones such as colour variations, inclusions, etc. are not manufacturing defects and will not be covered under the Lifetime Warranty.
If you feel there is a problem with your jewellery or if you need to use any other service apart from those covered under our Lifetime Warranty, you may return the product to us along with all the loose parts (if any) for inspection. After completing the evaluation, we will notify you of any applicable service charges before proceeding with the repair of your jewellery.
The shipping charges for all Lifetime Warranty services will be your responsibility. To ensure the safety of your product, you have the option to pay for shipping with insurance or request an insured shipping label from us which will cost $35 plus taxes.
We also offer an Enhanced Warranty Plan for an additional charge. This plan covers wear and tear issues that are not included in the Lifetime Warranty. For more details, click here.
