When it came I couldn’t be happier with it. Popped the question after Thanksgiving dinner and my now soon to be wife was blown away with the ring. almost worth it. - byToby M.my soon to be wife loves this ring, it is beautiful and captures my wife's personality perfectly. The downfall is I paid $1500 for a ring whos stones have fallen out multiple times now. I bought the ring in Feb. of 21, in march a week after proposing a diamond fell out and I sent it back. Now again in June. /21 two more diamonds have fallen out. I have reached out to customer service twice now and haven't received a response. Its super upsetting, because this is supposed to be the ring that represents our relationship and love and it cant even stay together long enough for us to enjoy it. Also after I sent the ring back to be fixed they keep the letter of authenticity, even better. I personally feel like I was ripped off, and made a mistake. But at least I got free earrings right?
