Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The notice period is 30 days from the day on which you acquire or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, acquires possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear declaration (e.g., a statement sent by post, fax or email).

If you use this option, we will immediately send you an email confirmation of the receipt of your revocation. To meet the cancellation deadline, you will need to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of the Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately or at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. If you fail to return all parts of your order, we will reimburse you only for the cost of the returned goods plus the proportionate delivery costs, depending on how many goods you have returned. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless something else was expressly agreed upon with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account. The repayment can however be withheld until we receive the goods back, or you have supplied us with proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs earlier.

You are obliged to send back or hand over all goods to us at the address given above without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The above requirement will be deemed satisfied if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. We will bear the costs of sending the goods back. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods, if this loss in value is due to a treatment of the goods that is not necessary for checking their nature, properties and functionality.

The right of withdrawal does not apply for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or those that are tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Special Instructions

If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan contract, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This can be assumed above all, if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender uses our assistance in the financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect, your lender enters into our rights and obligations, under the financed contract in relation to you, with regards to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the aim of the present contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, you can make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you also have a right of withdrawal.

Return Labels

Without restricting your statutory rights, we will provide you with free return labels for your goods to be returned. We will send you the return slip by email. You can hand in the return shipment at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.

Please note:
  • Please return all items with the product tags and free gifts. If you are unable to return the gift, the amount indicated on our website for the same product will be deducted.
  • If you would like to make use of your right of withdrawal, we will provide you with an RMA number that you can indicate on the return package.
  • Please make sure that you have returned all certificates along with the product. If you are unable to return the certificate, a deduction of €150 will be made.
  • Once we receive your package, we will take up to 2 to 4 business days to process your return request, which will then be inspected by our Quality Assurance team.
  • In case you want to initiate returns after the completion of the return window (right to withdrawal), a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Such returns will not be eligible for a free return label. Customers will be responsible for shipping the product back to the address provided by us. Repair and Warranty

We offer the following complimentary services to ensure that your Angara jewellery always looks brand new.

  • Re-polishing and cleaning of jewellery
  • Gemstone or diamond tightening
  • Rhodium re-plating
  • Ring resizing

(Angara also offers one complimentary ring resizing within the first year of your purchase/s. The next resizing will cost €50. However, in some cases, where we need to remake the ring due to a major size difference, these charges may vary which our Customer Service Team will inform you about.)

The shipping charges for all the complimentary services mentioned above will be your responsibility. To ensure product safety, you can either pay for shipping with insurance or request an insured shipping label. Insured Shipping label will cost you €35 plus taxes.

Angara will not accept any product that has already been repaired, resized or engraved by another jeweller. In such circumstances, the service warranty will be considered null and void.

Cancellation and Changes in Order

We prioritise customer satisfaction and will always strive to honour a request for cancellation or changes in your order. We will attempt to accommodate the requirements to the best extent possible, prior to shipping. This may inevitably result in delayed delivery.

If the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to make any changes. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it once you receive the shipment. Please get in touch with us if you wish to personally collect your package. Rerouting to an alternate address will not be possible once the package is in transit.
