The ring has amazing quality, but the shipping was horrible. This was shipped internationally, and the tax and import fee was almost 3x what it should have been for jewelery. Also there was no offer to add import fees and taxes to the cost of the item. For a company that offer international shipping, I expected a better handling process. This item should have also been shipped as a gift and not a luxury, mislabeling the shipping was part of thenissue. Other than the shipping, the customer service was top quality.
